Theresa came to help us drive forward an emergent mid- and high-level donor giving programme. Theresa worked with the team, endorsing and supporting them, and giving confidence to what they were already doing. But crucially, she also inspired them to reach higher and aim for a much more stretching programme. When our Head of Major Gifts left, Theresa steered me through the decisions and interim steps until I could secure a replacement. Because of the high regard with which we hold Theresa, and her detailed knowledge and understanding of our work, I asked her to work with the new Head of Major Gifts which became a productive relationship.
