Sadler’s Wells, the Royal College of Art and Dulwich College
Theresa has helped me with the recruitment of directors of development at several organisations, including Sadler’s Wells, the Royal College of Art and Dulwich College. She helped define the role, responsibilities and personal qualities, and while not being a head-hunter herself, guided us to possible candidates. She advised on the design and content of the interviews and was a member of the selection panel. She was sensitive to the internal culture of the organisation in each case and recognises that chemistry and fitting into a team are as important as skills and experience. We have always been delighted with our choices, and I would certainly engage her again.
