Theresa was recommended to us by our Chairman as a professional whose expertise would be of immense help to the National Theatre of Scotland at a time when we were discussing the future shape of our fledgling development function. Theresa’s research, presentation and subsequent recommendations allowed us to present to our board an objective and strategic approach to redesigning the development department and its objectives. We are well on the way now to making this step-change in development and could not have achieved that without Theresa’s input.
