Theresa has been a fantastic support to the Help Musicians UK team over the past three years. She has worked with the Board, CEO, and with the small communications and development team and really helped us to understand our potential for fundraising and to shape our strategic priorities. She gave us huge support in launching our new High Worth Donor Scheme through sharing her own wealth of experience and in giving invaluable and considered advice to the team. As our confidence in fundraising has begun to grow she has given me personal coaching and mentoring which has ranged from hands on help at events to a friendly and expert voice at the end of the phone.
